1. General Provisions
These terms govern the use of services, information products and goods provided by PensionCover on the pensioncover.top domain. By using any offering, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Description
Pension planning support sessions (each a 'Service') are guidance meetings for retired individuals to review coverage options and related matters.
2.2 Booking and Fees
Sessions are reserved via our website and require full payment prior to confirmation.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a Service up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a refund as described below. Sessions missed without timely notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Information Products
3.1 Description
Digital publications such as guides and tutorials (each an 'Info Product') are delivered electronically in PDF format.
3.2 Access and Delivery
Access is granted immediately after purchase. A download link is sent to the email address provided.
3.3 Refunds
Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital content, Info Products are not eligible for refunds once a download link has been accessed.
4. Goods
4.1 Description
Printed materials such as brochures (each a 'Good') are shipped by postal mail.
4.2 Shipping
Goods are dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.
4.3 Refunds for Goods
You may request a refund for Goods within 30 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. To initiate a refund, contact us as described below. You are responsible for shipping the Goods back to our facility.
5. Refund Policy
All refund requests are processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. To request a refund, you must contact our support team via the form linked below. Refund approvals are granted in accordance with the provisions above. No refunds are available for Info Products once access has been granted. For Services, refunds apply only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the appointment. Missed sessions without prior notice are not refundable. Goods must be shipped back in original condition within 30 days to qualify. Applications to transfer a Service to another date are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested at least 48 hours before the session.
